Dear Dr. Rojas

This letter is just a note to say how thankful we were to have found you in our time

of great need.

As you know we were on the start of our vacation to New York on a bus tour when

my traveling companion tripped and fell breaking 3 front teeth. It was a very

traumatic time, especially when one is traveling outside their own country.

We cannot say enough about the level of service and quality we received from you

and Oscar. You worked on my friend for over 6 hours to provide x-rays, 2 root

canals, 3 crowns and all the paperwork required for the insurance. Your detailed

notes and photos were outstanding. Your phone calls to follow up the next day to

check on Bev’s condition were so kind and thoughtful. We just cannot say enough.

Now the Marriott hotel knows, as well as the three bus tour guides, bus drivers and

our traveling companions about your excellent service and patience. In Ontario, this

would have taken over a week to get crowns and you did this all in one very late

night. You even drove us back to the hotel! Wow! You have a special place in our

hearts for the care and kindness you have shown.

Thank you again and PLEASE look us up whenever you plan to visit Ottawa. We have

a spare room and would be happy to show you around Canada’s capital.
